Orders $75 and over are eligible for free shipping which is the USPS Priority Mail Shipping unless another shipping method is chosen. Orders $200 and above will require a signature confirmation. After your payment is authorized and verified, processing time could take up to 24 hrs. Weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping time frame. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guaranteed service we provide.
If our verification team needs additional information your order may be delayed 1 to 2 business days. If additional information is required for further verification you will be contacted via email or phone. Please enlist a valid phone number so that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. Please check your email if your order has not been processed within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate /incomplete shipping information or further verification your order processing time may be delayed an additional business day.

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
RETURN POLICYItems must be sent back to Epitome Beautique within 14 days of the customer receiving the package.
Returned items must be unworn, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, etc., with Epitome product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival. If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Once we receive your return, you will be sent the correct item. Please check the expiration date.
